Education is the foundation of sustainable growth and development. At the Erline Bradshaw Foundation, we are a registered Barbadian Charity Foundation and organisation with global impact and reach of 10 Million+ Leaders, Students and Professionals at the intersection of Education Advocacy and Programs. We are committed to providing educational resources, rewarding youth, and partnering with like-minded organisations and persons to effect Education for all. Our Programmes are the first, longest running, and most awarded of their kind in The Caribbean Americas, and global territories instituted within. 

 

Our focus is championing the importance of Education through enterprising and novel Education Programmes, which are: The Gabrielle Gay Award for Excellence in Reading and Literacy and Mentorship Programme an annual Reading Trophy and Literacy Mentorship programme, which rewards high achievers in Literacy, mentors remedial readers, and provides critical educational resources and infrastructure for at-risk students and Youth.

We also have created The Femme LEX Cohort and The Femme STEM Cohort, where women Law and STEM professionals and students (primarily of color) respectively, are enrolled in an intensive, certified, exciting Mentorship Education course. Enrollees are given direct access to professionals, mentorships, along with internship and employment opportunities in their fields.
